My journey into UX design began as a natural extension of my passion for turning research and analysis into user stories, to cover user needs and ensure user satisfaction. 

With over a decade of experience in fashion retail and e-commerce, I have honed my skills in understanding user behaviour, transforming data into valuable insights, and driving strategic growth through data-driven decisions. 

My career has been one of continuous learning and adaptation and I am eager to gain more experience in the whole UX Design process, including UI Design. 

My expertise lies in conducting thorough user research, developing compelling wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
