I’ve started a new chapter, in UX Design.

With over a decade of experience in fashion retail and e-commerce, I have honed my skills in understanding user behaviour, transforming data into valuable insights, and driving strategic growth through data-driven decisions. 

My journey into UX design began as a natural extension of my passion for understanding customer needs and creating exceptional user experiences. 

Transitioning from roles where I analysed data to identify customer trends and needs, I became increasingly drawn to user experience design, blending my creativity with my logical and practical approach.

As a UX Designer, I bring a unique combination of creative and analytical skills, underpinned by my extensive background in fashion. My expertise lies in conducting thorough user research, developing compelling wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 

My career has been one of continuous learning and adaptation, including roles such as managing eBay trading, leading denim category planning at Hush, and contributing to significant sales growth at Jigsaw, reflecting my commitment to improving user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Now, I am committed to leveraging my insights and skills to create more user-centred, intuitive, and impactful designs. 

Ultimately, my passion lies in using a logical, practical approach to make experiences intuitive and user-friendly, while my creativity ensures they are engaging and delightful.
